Home Design

                                                            "..the best design in the best space"

The first step in the realization of any new home is the home design.  The following are the basic steps involved in my home design process:

Homeowner Brainstorming ~ The couple should sit down together and make a wish list of the things both would like in the house.  Compile a folder of ideas, including:

• Floor layouts

• Exterior appearance

• Pictures of possible styles

Site Analysis ~ A site analysis is done to ensure proper placement of the new house, taking into consideration the best views, etc.

Design Creation ~ A CAD (Computer Aided Design) program, called Data CAD, is used to draw the actual house plans.  The CAD program gives a clear drawing that is easy to read and is very detail oriented. Here are sample plans for you to get a feel of Lee's work with Data Cad.
