    Lee can be your behind-the-scenes designer for new or remodeled homes creating customized floor plans or drawings done on a square foot or a per hour basis, while the builder maintains contact with the homeowner. Presentation drawings created with Data Cad will contain the Builders Title Block. Lee can create a simple set of builders plans or those customized to your specifications. Here are sample plans for you to get a feel of Lee's work. 

    Lee values his repeat customers and gives his builders special attention to get their project done as soon as possible.
